    Description

This Professional Learning Unit provides K–12 educators with a practical, sustainable framework for Differentiated Instruction grounded in Carol Ann Tomlinson's four-pillar model — Content, Process, Product, and Environment — moving teachers toward small, purposeful adjustments that are built directly into the design of daily instruction. Through a classroom scenario, a Choice Board deep-dive, a real-world case study, and a five-day launch plan, participants will explore how some edtech tools can handle the sorting and scaffolding so educators can reclaim their time for the high-impact, human work of coaching, questioning, and connecting with the learners in front of them — ensuring that every student, from those who need the most support to those ready for the greatest challenge, experiences a classroom that feels designed specifically for them.
